Founded by Michael Costa, SeaNet Yachts has been providing exceptional yachting experiences since 2003. Michael's deep connection with the sea, shaped by childhood days spent on the water with his large family, inspired him to build a company rooted in time well spent and moments that bring people together. SeaNet is committed to a more thoughtful approach to yachting. One that values long-term care, efficient operations, and a lighter footprint on the water. Because yachting should feel effortless, elevated, and mindful of the environments that make it possible.
To better serve SeaNet's European clients, Michael Costa expanded SeaNet internationally through a partnership with Matty Zadnikar to launch SeaNet Europe, based in Malta. Built to expand SeaNet's co-ownership services internationally, SeaNet Europe offers a streamlined fractional structure that supports international owners through a consistent ownership framework. The result is a seamless extension of the SeaNet experience, now growing successfully across Europe.
As SeaNet grew, so did a clear realization: traditional yacht ownership often comes with barriers that limit the very lifestyle it promises - time constraints, maintenance responsibilities, rising operating costs, and limited slip availability. Michael envisioned a better way forward: a more accessible model of ownership designed to preserve the joy of boating while removing the stress behind it.
That vision became SeaNet's signature approach - fractional yacht ownership and yacht management built around hospitality-level service, operational excellence, and a fleet maintained to a consistently high standard. Over the years, SeaNet has expanded its reach, introduced larger vessels into the program, and built strategic partnerships that reflect a commitment to quality and long-term value.
