Keilaine Ruiz

Keilaine Ruiz is SeaNet’s Director of Yacht Hospitality, bringing more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience, and business development, with much of her career rooted right here in Newport Beach. She was a founding member of the opening team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, earning five promotions before becoming Director of Concierge Services, and later served as Director of Rooms Division at Balboa Bay Resort, where she oversaw Forbes-standard operations across multiple departments. A member of Les Clefs d’Or USA, Keilaine has been named Concierge of the Year and one of L.A. County’s Most Influential Businesswomen, and previously served as President of the Orange County Concierge Association, where she built partnerships with hotels, airlines, venues, and vendors throughout the region.

At SeaNet, Keilaine leads and elevates our travel and hospitality program, combining her white-glove service background with her ability to build meaningful partner relationships. She designs personalized owner itineraries, secures exclusive reservations and experiences, and develops direct partnerships with premier restaurants, venues, guides, and vendors throughout our cruising destinations, giving owners greater access and a more personal level of service at every port. Keilaine also leads our concierge team and local crew in establishing SeaNet Service Standards and Expectations, helping ensure every owner enjoys a seamless experience from the first request through the final day of their journey.
