Sean Field

Captain Sean Field is a seasoned maritime professional and fleet operations leader with more than 3,200 days of USCG-recognized sea service and over 25 years of experience operating power and sailing vessels worldwide.

As Manager of Fleet Operations & Captain at SeaNet Company, Inc., he oversees fleet maintenance compliance and documentation, manages captains, crew, and vendors, leads new vessel deliveries, and provides owner systems and operational training.

Sean has commanded and delivered yachts throughout the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Seaboard, Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Pacific Ocean

His expertise includes A–Z yacht shipping management, international import/export logistics, and complex vessel transfers. He has managed or delivered dozens of vessels across major global cruising grounds.

Sean strives to ensures that every vessel under his management operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards with SeaNet client’s complete satisfaction at the forefront of that mission.

Before focusing full-time on maritime leadership, Sean founded and led two hospital medical software companies, serving as Owner, CEO, Executive Vice President, and Business Unit Head. Both companies were successfully acquired by major medical diagnostic organizations, where he continued in executive leadership roles.
