Originally from Colombia, Chef Natalia grew up sailing, and the ocean has always been a central part of her life. At 25, she trained in culinary arts in France, where she developed a passion for simple, well-balanced cuisine that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients. Natalia’s cooking style focuses on vibrant, healthy, and nourishing dishes that feel light, satisfying, and perfectly suited to life on the water. She enjoys creating beautiful meals that bring together fresh flavours and thoughtful presentation. When she’s not in the galley, Natalia loves travelling and photography, both of which inspire her creativity and influence her cooking. With her warm personality and passion for food, she looks forward to creating memorable dining experiences for guests throughout their time on board.
